These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the EZmailer Chrome Extension (the “Extension”). By installing or using EZmailer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

Use of the Extension

EZmailer is provided to assist users with automation and monitoring features related to email outreach. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms, including Gmail and Google Workspace terms of use.

Email Communications

By using the Extension, you agree that we may send you service-related emails, such as:

  • Important updates
  • Account or subscription notices
  • Changes to features or policies
These emails are informational and not marketing-focused. You may opt out of non-essential emails when applicable.

Licensing

Each EZmailer license is intended for use by one user account. The license allows usage across multiple devices owned or operated by the same account holder. Sharing or reselling licenses outside of this scope is not permitted.

Subscriptions remain active until canceled by the user.

Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds, if approved, apply only to the most recent payment
  • No refunds are issued for unused or partially used subscription periods
  • Failure to cancel a subscription is considered continued acceptance of the service

Privacy Policy

EZmailer does not monitor or track your activity within Gmail beyond what is necessary for campaign tracking. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Limitation of Liability

EZmailer is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss or spreadsheet corruption
  • Email provider account issues
  • Missed leads or failed deliveries
  • Financial loss
  • Performance impact on third-party services
Use of the Extension is entirely at your own risk. We make no guarantees that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific performance expectations.

Service Disclaimer

EZmailer is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Gmail. We are not responsible for:

  • Actions taken by Google
  • Changes to the Gmail platform
  • Account warnings, suspensions, or restrictions

You are solely responsible for your Google account.

Additional Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify features
  • Impose usage limits
  • Suspend or restrict access
  • Enforce technical or operational requirements

This may be done to maintain stability, security, or compliance.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of EZmailer after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
